Kenny's stomach grumbled as he walked with his family over to the local soup kitchen. He was sick and tired of hearing his mom complain about how fucking hungry she was and how his dad had nothing better to than waste all the fucking money on alcohol. His brother and sister stayed silent also as they finally arrived. Obviously, no friends from school were there. Kenny felt so pathetic having to resort to this but, food was food, and he really liked food.

Craig grumbled to himself as he pulled his hair back to put into a hairnet. He didn't like doing this, and he didn't do it often, but he did it. He grabbed the pot of soup he had so graciously made for the homeless people that came here, and walked out to the long table, ladle in his hand, ready to serve. Even though he should have, he didn't expect to see a certain blond there, but he didn't quite notice him yet.

Kenny's parents headed straight to an empty table, insisting the kids eat first before they did. It was the nicest gesture they possibly ever had done in their life. Kenny found it hard to believe but he didn't question it as he went up to the serving tables, grabbing one of the plastic plates. As he made his way down the line, getting served some potatoes and chicken, he realized there was someone familiar serving the soup. "No fucking way." Kenny muttered out loud to himself, putting on a large grin. "Tucker" He chimed, getting up to him.

Craig was more focused on the soup, and making sure not to spill any, than anything else. Of course, when his name was called, by that oh-so familiar voice, his head snapped up, and he looked around, his eyes landing on the dirty blond boy now in front of him. He snorted, but kept any homless comments to himself due to the surrounds. He scooped a ladle-full of soup for Kenny, and then added, "You tell anyone about this McCormick, you can consider it the end of your social career." Craig wasn't one to show his sensitivity at all, so if anyone found out about this, he'd become someone entirely different. And he didn't want that.

Kenny grabbed the bowl of soup from him as he continued to smile. "I didn't know you volunteered here. Surprised I haven't caught you before..." For some reason Kenny was feeling a little too hungry and a little too impressed to act like a horndog. "Yeah, yeah whatever Tucker, I guess I'll catch you later, though." He left him with a smile as he made his way back to the table his parents were at. With shaking fingers he started eating the food and took a bite, his dry throat at first gritting against the food, but salivating soon enough, he managed to swallow the first bite, he wolfed down the rest in seconds. Noting how that only made his stomach growl for more, pangs of painful longing filling him before he had the chance to recover himself.

Craig sneered, and resisted the urge to flip the blond off, and countinued that volunteering. Once everyone had been fed, he dawned his hairnets, and went to socialize among the homeless, making light conversation and such. He eventually made it to Kenny's table, where he saw the entire family together for the first time. "Hey, how're you folks doing tonight?" he asked them, avoiding eye contact with Kenny on purpose, but not in a hateful way. He had a light smirk on his face as he waited for Neesponse from the family.

Stuart McCormick looked over at the boy, "Were fine." He chuckled morosely. Kenny's entire body ached. He glanced up, seeing Craig. Swallowing heavily, he forced himself to take a deep breath and looked down. "I'm... ah, goin' for a walk." He mumbled in a quiet voice. He got up and started walking out of the soup kitchen.

Craig smirked, nodded, and then excused himself a few seconds after Kenny left. He was curious, and walked out of the soup kitchen as well. "McCormick!" he called after the blond. "Where the hell are you going?" he asked, a raised eyebrow on his face with a disapproving expression.

Every inch of his head pounded and felt like someone was striking the edge of his skull with a hammer while the rest of him felt like he'd been hit by semi. Blinking a couple of times to get everything into focus, glancing over at Craig. “Goin’ for a walk, what’s it look like, Tucker.” Kenny mumbled.
His eyes were fixed on the snow under his feet as he walked. swallowed thickly and licked his lips. Kenny shifted nervously on his feet. Kenny offered a small, sad smile, the very corners of his mouth quirking upwards. “Why, are ya following’ me anyway?” He asked quietly.

Craig raised an eyebrow, hearing that Kenny sounded... Not normal? He wasn't sure what he was doing either, and shrugged in response. "I'unno. I'd just think you would have eaten like, more or something.." he mumbled, still walking with the blond. "...Are you okay?" he asked randomly, narrowing his eyes a bit.

Kenny started coughing. Not a soft clearing your throat but that as if someone was trying to rip his lungs from her body through his throat. "Y-yeah, just didn't feel like eatin'." He mumbled. sucking in a deep, shuddering breath above the fierce pain that continued to linger in his bones. Kenny knew he wasn't going to get out of this sickness alive, that's not how his life worked.
You would think he would be use to dying by now, but he just wasn't use to the feeling of it, he hated it. Finally he looked back at criag. "Yeah, I'm sick know big deal dude." He said quietly. The food he had just eaten was not settling to good in his belly, twisting itself in his stomach he wanted to throw up.

Craig watched as Kenny nearly coughed up his lung, and deadpanned. "Dude, Jesus, what the fuck have you been doing?" he asked, sounding harsh, but his words were concerned, even if they didn't sound that way. "Yea, that's nothing. Have you seen a doctor about this? I don't think that's your average fucking sore throat..." he said, grabbing Kenny by his arm and stopping him from walking anymore. "Being out in the cold isn't going to help either, McCormick."

"Nah, My old man says goin' ta the doctors is for pussies. Ain't nothin' a little whisky can't fix." Kenny mumbled, however he began coughing again. Ignoring the tightness in this chest as he inhaled deeply. He shrugged when Craig started talking about the cold weather, "Better then havin' ta go home ta a loud mouth alcoholic dad and crack addicted mom." He gave a soft sigh as exhaustion overtook him.

Craig scowled. "Fuck your dad! Jesus fuck..." he was a little surprised that Kenny, the perverted lovable blond was acting like this. "...Come on, dude, don't be like this.. You need help..." he tried to convince him, grabbing onto his arm again.

Kenny didn't say anything, just sighed and followed Craig. He knew his sickness was pretty bad. Kenny knew if he didn't get better he was going to die from it, hell it's not like it would be the first time that he has died. trying to adjust to the pain, wiping the thin sheet of sweat from his face. He was burning up, but shivering at the same time.
Kenny just didn't feel like himself, like he was someone else. "Where are we goin' Tucker?" Kenny asked in a horsed voice. He licking his lips once, fighing to control the shivering. A cough racks his body and covering his mouth he finds a puddle of mucus in his hand, he wipes it off on his jeans not caring to much at the moment.
